What should i prepare before moving ?

If you can mark the boxes that contains fragile items or items that contains liquid, that may be helpful.
Will i able to arrange moving date over phone calls ?

Unfortunately no, We take care our each customer professionally. We will take your date and approval over mailing system.
How can we get contact with you on delivery day?

Just in case, We will call you before arrival time about 10-20 mins advance or after arrival ( optional ).
May i come with you to the destination address in truck also ?

Unfortunately it is no, Because IIt is not allowed by Japanese regulations and law. If we arrive earlier than you, we will wait for you at destination address.
